Required Fields

Marks & Numbers — Shipping marks printed on each carton. Must match B/L exactly.
Item Description — Product name and model. Must match commercial invoice.
HS Code — At minimum 6-digit international code. Some destinations require 8-10 digits.
Net Weight (N.W.) — Weight of goods without packaging.
Gross Weight (G.W.) — Weight of goods including packaging. Must match B/L and VGM.
Dimensions (L x W x H) — Per carton in centimeters. Used for volumetric weight calculation.
CBM — Volume per carton in cubic meters. Sum must match booking order.

Amazon FBA Packing List Requirements

Amazon FBA requires additional fields on your packing list:

FBA Shipment ID (e.g., FBA15ABCDEF)
Amazon warehouse fulfillment center code (e.g., LAX9, ONT8)
ASIN and FNSKU for each product
Units per case (must match Amazon's "Units Per Case" setting)
Expiration date (if applicable)

⚠ Critical: Gross weight on the packing list must exactly match the weight on the commercial invoice, bill of lading, and VGM submission. Any discrepancy can cause customs holds and carrier rejection.
